Raywatie Gocool, Executive Director
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. I obtained a bachelor's degree as well as a master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University. In 2013, I began my career working extensively in the criminal justice system providing mental health and substance abuse counseling to adult male inmates. After 5 years exploring my career, I decided that I wanted to give back to the community of Irvington where I was raised and the community that helped the shape my identity. My expertise is comprehensive in dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, grief and anger management. My belief is that all individuals hold a key to their own happiness and my goal is to help guide them towards the necessary tools they need to move towards a healthier and happier lifestyle. My therapeutic approaches are centered around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Person- Centered Therapy.
Tracey Orner, Administrative Assistant/Billing Manager
Having graduated from Rutgers, NCAS in 1987 with a BA in Business Management, I began my career with Shearson Lehman Hutton in Newark. After a few years, I was hired by the Township of Irvington and stayed for 29 years until retiring at the end of 2020 as the Payroll Supervisor. While working for the Township, I took a part-time position as Billing Manager on June 10, 2011 at the Irvington Counseling Center and have been here ever since. I am currently the Administrative Assistant/Billing Manager, so since retiring I have taken on more responsibilities. I really enjoy working for ICC, because I find it fulfilling personally to be part of an organization that helps so many people, especially in Irvington, where I was born and raised. I have deep roots in this Town, so giving back to the community is very important to me.

I received a Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration from Saint Peter's University in 2019 and 2020. I began working at Irvington Counseling Center in 2021 as a Receptionist. I now work as an office assistant here. What I enjoy about working at ICC is connecting with the community and helping people reach their goals. Although I am not from Irvington I am still from NJ and it is important to me to contribute to the community of my state. Irvington Counseling Center is an organization that prides itself in helping the community which is why I want to be apart of it.
